What is Flexible Credit Usage?

Flexible Credit Usage allows you to unlock additional services to grow your design business. You can use credits for ala carte services such as social media posts, video features, project photography and more. These services are valid for six months from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to use them as needed.
 

Ala carte items are subject to slot availability and content approval. Each service, like social media posts or profile updates, requires a set number of credits to unlock.

What can I do with Atap Reward Points?

Atap Reward Points can be redeemed for rewards such as RM100 cash value for every 10,000 points. Points are earned through activities like purchasing packages, attending events, submitting testimonials, receiving positive homeowner reviews, and referring brands or designers.

What happens if I don’t renew my membership next year?

If you don’t renew your membership, you will lose access to a range of exclusive benefits, including:

  • Your profile listing and account on Atap.co

  • Your web- and mobile-optimised website with real-time customisation

  • The free domain name and assisted email account set-up

  • Invitations to Atap.co-organised events

  • Flexible credit usage for ala carte services

  • Access to the Lead Management Tool, and dedicated account manager assistance via Live Chat

Without an active membership, you will no longer be able to access any of the above features. 

Can I still access the Lead Marketplace without a credit package?

Yes, you can view the Lead Marketplace. However, you’ll need credits to unlock and access new leads.

How do I earn more Atap Reward Points?

You can earn points by purchasing packages, attending events, and referring brands or designers. These points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards to maximize your membership benefits.

What happens to unused credits if I cancel my membership?

Unused credits do not expire. However, to access ala carte services or redeem credits, you’ll need an active membership. If you cancel your membership, your account will no longer be active on Atap.co. This means that your profile and portfolio will no longer display your logo, company description, or contact details, as these are only visible to users with an active membership.

Ala Carte Services Related to External Vendors (Photography and Videography)

For à la carte photography and videography sessions, Atap’s role is limited to vendor recommendation and payment processing. Once the initial connection is made, designers are responsible for coordinating directly with the appointed vendor on all matters, including scheduling, shoot direction, and creative input such as storyboarding. Atap personnel will not be present on-site to assist with shoot coordination or production activities.

Any changes to the scheduled shoot, including cancellations or rescheduling, must be arranged directly between the designer and the vendor. Additional charges may apply, subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions. Similarly, the scope, timeline, and delivery of the final assets—such as photographs or videos—are to be managed between the designer and the vendor. Atap does not oversee post-production work, editing revisions, or the handover of deliverables.
